Coaching for the entrance examination
There are many experienced teachers in our school who can guide our students to prepare for their entrance examination. Foreign students who wish to enter a Japanese University will be required to take many examinations, for example, the General Examination for Foreign Students, Japanese Language Proficiency Exam, and a tests administered by each university the students wish to enroll in. Our school has a special curriculum for them to deal with these examinations.
First, the teachers and staffs will guide and instruct the students what to do in order to enroll in their expected universities by the orientation in April for that entrance examination.
Second, in order to help all the students in our school to enroll in a university, we provide classes including basic study and practice examinations to help them adapt to the real examinations.
And we also add classes during the summer vacation. Under the careful guidance of our experienced teachers, many students successfully pass the examinations and enter famous national universities every year.
In addition, the General Examination for Foreign Students is carried out in every June and November since Year 2002. Japanese Ministry of Education provides a scholarship to the students who have got upper grade in the exam. In 2002, there were 8 students in our schools who got the scholarship. The scholarship students are provided with 52,000 Japanese Yen each month after they have enrolled in a university. This financial assistance make the students unload their burden and enable them to study more diligently and happily.
