The university offers three intakes per year : October, January and April Masters: Our MBA is bilingual, courses may be taught in English or French. MBA Master of Business Administration (full-time) The program is accredited by IACBE USA. Bachelors: The University offers the following undergraduate programs fully taught in English. Admissions Requirements:
International students living outside of Switzerland or in Switzerland for study matters must show evidence of sufficient financial means (letter and / or bank statement)

Deadlines and limits for an application:
At IFM we know that is not always easy to plan studies, that is why we offer three starting dates per year October, January, April. We advise students to apply as soon as possible. The applications will be considered on an on-rolling basis.

• International students already living in Switzerland: a completed application must be received at least 1.5 months before the chosen entry period.
• International students living in Europe : a completed application must be received at least two months before the chosen entry period. European students do not need a visa to come to Switzerland and they can ask the Swiss authorities for a residence permit directly through the University.
• International students living outside of Europe : a completed application must be received at least three months before the chosen entry period. Applications sent after the deadline, except in special cases, will automatically be transferred for the next entry period.

Registration Procedure:
With the admission letter, you will receive a registration form, it is to be completed and sent back. A student is registered at IFM when we send a registration confirmation.

For international students, the registration is finalized when financial formalities are completed. The student then receives a registration certificate (confirmation). The registration procedure is different from the admissions procedure. The University starts the visa procedure only after registration and financial formalities are completed.

Entry requirements:
Only a complete admissions application will be considered. Students can submit their application before each start date, early submission is recommended. The applications will be considered on a rolling basis.

Undergraduate Requirements:

2. Official high school diploma: International Baccalaureate Diploma, A levels, Swiss Maturite, Maturita, French Baccalaureat, Deutsche Abitur or equivalent (Certified copy in English)
3. Official High School / Secondary Transcripts (Certified copy in English)
4. Language: For non-native English speakers, a TOEFL score of 213 (computer based test) or other equivalent English proficiency test, IELTS (minimum 6.5), Cambridge Advanced Certificate, TOEIC
5. Copy of Passport and 4 Passport sized Photos
6. Non-Refundable Application Fee of Sfr. 150.-.
7. Only a complete admission application will be considered.

Postgraduate Admissions:

1. Admission to the MBA program is selective.
2. Applications are considered on an individual basis
3. IFM proposes 3 intakes per academic year: October, January, April.

Postgraduate Requirements:

1. A complete application Form with an Essay of 200 words
2. An official undergraduate university diploma: degree (BBA), licence, maîtrise, engineer or equivalent. (Certified copy in English)
3. Final university transcripts from undergraduate program certified in English.
4. A Resume / Curriculum Vitae stating relevant professional work experience.
5. A letter of recommendation (employer or undergraduate professor).
6. Fluency in French and English. (courses can be taught in both languages).
7. Copy of Passport and 4 Passport sized Photos.
8. Non-Refundable Application Fee of Sfr. 150.-.

NOTE: All application documents received by University IFM become the property of the University and cannot be returned to the applicant or reproduced for further use.

Transfer student (undergraduate program)

• IFM welcomes transfer students from all accredited Universities. Upon admission, students must submit in writing a request for transfer credit.
• Each transfer student must fill out an official application and have both his/her official high school and previous college transcripts sent to the Admissions Office. Transfer credits are granted only if the subject matter previously studied corresponds to a subject matter in the program and the amount of contact hours is approximately the same. (with a sufficient grade level).
• To obtain a transfer credit , a college transcript and an official description of the courses taken at the prior institution must be submitted to the Admissions Office. Work experience is generally not taken into account for waivers, except in certain exceptional cases. A maximum of 90 credits will be accepted.
• The Admissions Office will inform the student of the number of credits that have been accepted.
